New Jersey Flyover Route And Times

New Jersey Flyover Route

There is some good news for those who weren’t able to see the jets fly over New York City and Philadelphia.

The 108th Wing & 177th Fighter Wing will be taking to the New Jersey skies on May 12 2020. They are doing this to honor New Jersey first responders, health workers, food banks and our community.

The photo at the bottom of this article contains the flight path of the crew.

I know many people are wondering if this is going to be an extra expense on the public. Believe it or not it will not!

The 108th & 177th have to log X-amount of hours a month for trainings. Normally they fly very high or out to sea. Instead they will be flying at a height that we can see and hear them!

The flyover will take to the sky over the New Jersey around 11:20 a.m. Tuesday. The pilots will then make a loop around the Garden State for more than an hour before wrapping up around at Atlantic City by 12:32 p.m.

The times are – Sea Girt (11:30), Kean University (11:48), Vet Haven North (12:01), DMAVA (12:07), Jefferson Cherry Hill (12:13), Cape May Coast Guard Traning Center (12:27) Atlantic City (12:32)

The Guard said times could vary by 15 minutes. Wednesday is the rain date, if needed.

Thank you to the 108th & 177th for this awesome event.
