Please Welcome The Doo Wop Drive In!
We are so pleased to announce the opening of the Doo Wop Drive In. Located at 6200 New Jersey Ave, the former location of Tony Lukes, this is the NEW location of the Doo Wop Coffee Shop, just under a new name.
The owner Jason operated the The Doo Wop Coffee Shop for many years at The Tangiers Motel. With the business growing they outgrew The Tangiers and made 6200 their home.
Jason and the crew did extensive work in the off-season from gutting the inside, painting the outside and even adding in a movie screen in the parking lot! (Get ready for movies under the stars!)
In keeping with the Doo Wop theme, they themed the entire inside to Doo Wop To the MAX! From awesome neon to an amazing logo they really hit the mark!!
To the COVID-19 restrictions they are only open for take-out from 7 am to 2 pm daily. As summer comes along expect those hours to expand.
We are so excited for our friends and can’t wait until restrictions allow us to go inside to film!
They have a one of a kind menu and a must stop when on vacation in the Wildwoods.
