Pork-Roll Ice Cream Is Coming To New Jersey

You know, there are some stories that I find online and think, this can’t be real… this story is strangely real.

A dairy farm in Fredon Township in Sussex County called Windy Brow Farms, just revealed a new ice cream flavor that is native to New Jersey, the Taylor Ham ice cream.

In every two and half gallons of ice cream there are about two pounds of Taylor ham/ pork roll mixed in with maple syrup and french toast.
