In the past few months we have been reporting on Little Nicky’s And Pompeo’s and if they were going to open for the season. Today we finally got our answer.
For those who don’t know, Little Nicky’s And Pompeo’s, located at 17th and the boardwalk, was sold mid March for $1,637,500. You can read more about that by clicking the link below.
With it being sold no one had any idea if they were going to open for the season. With many of you asking we decided to reach out to the new owners to find out.
On Monday we met with the new owner, John, for a tour of the building [Video at the bottom] and for the skinny on the properties.
John told us that both properties are up for rent for this summer. If you are interested or know someone who is interested have them shoot Jim an email at JJGVacations@gmail.com
If you ever wanted to open up your own place this is a great location.
While we were there we did explore the property and it is incredible on how big it was. One thing that people don’t realize is that many of the properties have a ground floor. It’s mostly a windowless first floor basement. Remember that when your on the boardwalk your technically on the second floor.
