Another Wildwood Crest Motel SOLD
We are inching ever so closely to the start of the 2018 Summer season and we just learned that another Wildwood Crest Motel has sold.
The last time a motel was sold was on March 23rd. Just to catch you up below is a list of links to other articles about the other motels that have been sold this off-season so far.
According to the Cape May Herald, The Gold Crest Motel, located at 6611 Atlantic Avenue Wildwood Crest has sold for $3,500,000 to Sure Time Hc LLC.

Now the Gold Crest Motel hasn’t updated their website with their 2018 summer rates but we are being hopeful that it will stay a motel this summer.
