Woman In Viral Wildwood Beach Arrest Pleads Not Guilty

Emily Weinman was in Cape May County court early Friday morning to enter a plea of not guilty.  She is currently facing two count of aggravated assault of a police office after the viral incident that happened over Memorial Day Weekend.

On September 23rd she was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault of a police officer. She denied the plea deal given by the Cape May County prosecutors

Back on the same date the Cape May County prosecutors cleared the officers of any wrongdoing.

Emily Weinman will appear back in court on January 25th.
