Join the Barefoot Country Music Fest as a Volunteer!
Looking for a unique way to experience the Barefoot Country Music Fest (BCMF) while being part of the action?
By volunteering, you’ll gain exclusive access to all four days of this unforgettable festival while helping create an amazing experience for thousands of country music fans.
Volunteering at BCMF means stepping into a variety of roles that keep the festival running smoothly. You could be assisting at the Gate Check-In, making sure attendees have valid wristbands and scanning them upon entry.
If you prefer a more interactive role, the ID Station needs volunteers to verify identification for 21+ guests and distribute wristbands. If you enjoy organizing and checking schedules, you might be a great fit for Staff Check-In, where you’ll register and check-in staff for their shifts.
Those with a knack for technology can assist at Will Call, helping with ticketing and wristband pickup. If customer service is more your style, you can assist festivalgoers with FAQs, directions, and lost-and-found at the Customer Service station.
Each role is an essential part of the festival, giving you a front-row seat to the excitement.

Arriving 10-15 minutes before your shift is mandatory, and all volunteers must wear closed-toe shoes and be prepared for the weather.
Any theft, drug or alcohol consumption, or wristband sharing will result in revoked access, deposit forfeiture, and potential legal action.
BCMF is not responsible for lost or stolen items, so it’s best to leave valuables at home.
Shift selection is first-come, first-served, with volunteers choosing their schedules in the order applications are received.
With two shifts available daily for most positions, early registration increases your chances of getting your preferred shifts.
Ready to join the BCMF team? Here’s how to apply: Read and agree to all requirements, submit your application by May 15, 2025, and wait for a confirmation email.
Once shift selection opens the week of May 15, 2025, volunteers will receive an email with instructions on how to choose their shifts.
If you need to cancel, submit your request in writing to [email protected] by May 1, 2025.
Cancellations after this date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. All refunds, including for cancellations, will be processed 30 days after the festival.
