When Do Fireworks Start In Wildwood For The Summer Season?
One of the most common questions we hear as soon as the weather starts warming up is, “When do the fireworks start in Wildwood?”
If you’ve ever walked the Boardwalk on a summer Friday night, chances are you’ve seen the sky light up around 10:00 PM–and yes, they’re back for 2025! (We say they are better than fireworks at the castle)
Wildwood’s Free Friday Night Fireworks return starting Friday, June 27th, and will run straight through August 29th.
They launch right from the beach at Pine Avenue, smack dab in the middle of the Boardwalk, and if you’re close to the speakers, you’ll get to hear them synchronized to music.
It’s one of those classic Wildwood experiences that locals and vacationers look forward to all year long.

As far as where to watch from, you really can’t go wrong. The beach at Pine is always a solid choice, especially if you bring a towel or chair.

Realistically though, you can watch the fireworks from all over the island.

As yes, we wish we could do them on the Saturday after but usually the day after a rain-storm, the beach is too wet to be placing fireworks on them

And as always, if any details change throughout the summer, we’ll update you right here on the Wildwood Video Archive. (and be sure to sign up for our newsletter)
