We are sad to report that the Oceanview motel located at 7201 Ocean Ave, Wildwood Crest has sold.
At this time we do not know if the motel will be kept as a motel or if big changes are coming to the landscape. The rumor first appeared online that it sold for 9 million dollars. That number hasn’t been confirmed yet.
Also at this time Gold Crest Motel, located at 6611 Atlantic Avenue Wildwood Crest, is up for sale. We reached out to Kathy at the Gold Crest to confirm the rumors.
