Two motels sold this week in the Wildwoods. Just two days ago we announced that the Commander By The Sea was sold. You can read about that sale by clicking the link below.
Now we have the news that yet another Wildwood motel was sold. According to the Cape May County Property Transfer records, 4106/4110 Atlantic Ave in Wildwood had been sold for $1,370,000. When looking up this property we find that the address belongs to the Sea Foam Motel.
I called for a comment but no one called me back. In doing some research I also found that their website, www.seafoammotelwildwood.com is no longer active.
