Brandon’s Pancake House Put Up For Sale
Brandon’s Pancake House, located at 6200 New Jersey Avenue in Wildwood Crest has not only become a great place to grab a bite but also a place that spreads kindness and love.
Opening up last summer, Brandon’s Pancake House was inspired by Karl and Aimee Famiano’s son Brandon, who lives with autism.
They opened up Brandon’s Pancake House to establish an atmosphere characterized by unparalleled inclusivity, offering families with special needs a space to unwind and savor their time worry-free.
To do this they curated a selection of amenities, including fidget toys, sound sensitivity, sensory toys, and crayons, to guarantee that individuals with special needs experience a delightful and gratifying wait for their meals.
Since Aimee had a special education background, she was able to use her skills to create the perfect environment.
On Friday, March 1st, they posted on their Facebook page that they will have to sell off the business.
The message went on to say;
“My Brandon’s family together we made a family of community, kindness, support and love. I am forever thankful for the warm reception that was given to me as a new resident to NJ. I unfortunately have to sell the business due to circumstances I can’t control. I will continue to maintain the principles created in the restaurant in my everyday life.
This news has been upsetting to residents who loved the message and meaning behind the establishment. The good news is, until the business is sold, they WILL be operational.
This is a great opportunity to go to Brandon’s Pancake House to support the family!
