With Memorial Day just weeks away, new restaurants are starting to get their doors open. On Friday, May 5th, a new restaurant will be opening in Cape May called Brine BYOB.

The Grand Opening of Brine BYOB in Cape May marks a fantastic addition to the vibrant culinary scene of the region. This newest waterfront establishment is owned and operated by the Kara Restaurant Group, which is known for its exceptional dining experiences.

The Kara Restaurant Group is known for its other restaurants such as Vintage BYOB, George’s Place, Shamone BYOB, Michael Kara Catering, and other enterprises.

Brine BYOB will bring a fine dining experience with Mediterranean-Seafood inspired cuisine to Cape May, providing patrons with a new level of sophistication.

Brine BYOB will be located at 1231 Route 109 in Cape May, just south of the Cape May Bridge.

This used to be the home of Saltwater Cafe. There is no word on if Saltwater Cafe will be moving to a new location on the island but their website does say, “Coming for Summer 2023… The next level of Saltwater.”

Situated right by the water, guests are provided beautiful views while dining. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for any occasion. The interior design features modern decor and cozy lighting that creates a relaxing and upscale ambiance.

As a seafood-inspired restaurant, Brine’s menu is sure to impress food enthusiasts with its creative and diverse selection.

Their brunch menu includes items such as  Shrimp Benedict, Japanese Fish and Chips, Pancake Tacos, Smoke Salman & Whitefish Board and Ferrero Rocher Pain Perdu.

Lamb T-bone, Duck Confit, Yellowfin Tune, Cake Cakes, Butter-block Bolognese, and Orecchiette “Woodsmen Style.”

With its prime location, exquisite menu, and elegant ambiance, Brine BYOB is sure to be a popular dining destination in Cape May.

It promises to deliver an unforgettable experience for those seeking a fine dining experience. Whether it’s a romantic dinner for two, a family celebration, or a night out with friends, Brine BYOB is a restaurant that should not be missed.

Starting on May 5th, Brine BYOB will be open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Brunch will be served from 8 am to 2 pm and with dinners taking over from 5 pm to 8 pm.
