Wildwood There is a developing story taking place in North Wildwood at the moment. Roughly about 12:30 police received a phone call with reports of a situation at a house on 6th and Surf Avenues. Rumors are circulating on what it could be but there has been no official information brought forward. What is know is that the Cape May County Command Center has been on the scene for the past two hours and nearby residents were told to stay inside because of a barricaded person. The road in front of the house has been closed off for our first responders. Police believe that the person does not pose any threat to the public but are taking precautions.
