Domino’s Pizza Wildwood Boardwalk Location is Almost Ready

You read that right, Domino’s Pizza is officially coming to the Wildwood Boardwalk for summer 2024.

Located at 2901 Boardwalk, Magnolia Ave and the boardwalk, this will be the first time a chain Pizza store has opened up on the boardwalk.

The Wildwood Video Archive has been following the construction of the Wildwood Boardwalk Domino’s Pizza location in our Monthly “Wildwoods Construction Update” videos.

2901 Boardwalk might sound familiar to you as it used to be home to Papi’s Tacos and prior to that, the iconic Stewart’s Root Beer stand.

The owners of the building are the same owners of Captain Jacks. Most likely they decided to rent out this space since they are opening up a new bar in the Boardwalk Mall called Honkey Tonk Saloon.

Crews are currently inside the Boardwalk Mall getting this new location ready to open just in time for the official start of the summer season.

While construction has been going on at the Boardwalk Mall, the Wildwood Boardwalk Domino’s Pizza location construction has been moving fast.

Last month crews demolished the entire inside of the building to prepare for the pizza ovens and cooking areas.

This will be located on the boardwalk level while upstairs will still be a seating area over looking the entire boardwalk.

There are only four placed on the boardwalk where folks can sit over the boardwalk and look down. Those places include both Captain Jacks locations, The Kohr Brother’s location on Morey’s Adventure Pier and here at Domino’s Pizza.

Brian Foster stopped by the Domino’s Pizza location today and shared some new photos (photos are showcased in this article).

In said photos, we can see that most of the work has been completed. Tables and chairs were just delivered last week and it looks like the kitchen is almost already to go.

The biggest thing that happened is that there are big signs on the building. On the face of the building you have the standard Domino’s sign while on both the South and North side of the building you have just a Domino logo.
