Excessive Heat Warning with Heat Index Near 109 Today
If you ever need a day to take off of work and head to the beach, today will be that day as, depending where you are, it will be in the triple digits.
According to the National Weather Service office in Mount Holly, there is a Excessive Heat Warning for most of our area.
Residents of northern Delaware, New Jersey, and southeast Pennsylvania are under an Excessive Heat Warning until 8 PM EDT Wednesday.
Dangerous conditions are anticipated, with heat index values soaring up to 109 degrees.
Those who will be at the Jersey shore wont feel it as bad but will still feel temperatures in the low 80s.
