Fall Wildwood Classic Car Show Returning to the Wildwood Boardwalk
The Wildwood Classic Car Show is making a triumphant return to the world-famous boardwalk, and car enthusiasts couldn’t be more thrilled. After what felt like an eternity, the wait is finally over, and from September 22nd to September 24th, the boardwalk will transform into a dazzling display of chrome and steel.
The sweet sound of revving engines will fill the air, setting the tone for an unforgettable weekend filled with classic cars, hot rods, and vintage vehicles.
As the sun rises over the Atlantic Ocean, rows upon rows of gleaming classic cars and hot rods line up on the boardwalk. This sight is a feast for the eyes, and both car enthusiasts and curious onlookers gather around to admire these automotive marvels.
The vehicles represent a diverse range, from timeless classic models to the newest and hottest rides on the market. It’s an event that celebrates the automotive world in all its glory, and attendees have the opportunity to explore the latest automotive trends, thanks to the exhibitors showcasing their vehicles and products.
Throughout the day, the crowds continue to grow, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere on the boardwalk. The event exudes a nostalgic charm, transporting visitors back to a bygone era where these classic cars ruled the roads. People take photos, chat with car owners, and soak in the laid-back vibe of the classic car show.

As the sun begins to set, the cars start to roll out one by one, taking a leisurely cruise down the boardwalk. The sound of engines revving and horns honking adds to the excitement, as the classic car show draws to a close for the day. But fear not, for this event spans three days, and another day of automotive excitement and nostalgia awaits tomorrow.
This year’s return to the Wildwood Boardwalk is particularly special as it marks the start of transitioning back to this iconic location. In recent years, the car show had to move elsewhere due to the condition of the boardwalk.
However, thanks to the hard work of the city and dedicated crews, the boardwalk has been revitalized via two Wildwood Boardwalk Reconstruction Projects, making it once again a perfect setting for the classic car extravaganza.
The show will also continue at the Convention Center Circle and Ocean Drive between Burk and Montgomery Avenues
For car owners, the competition is fierce as they vie for the coveted Top 40 Awards, as well as the titles of Best of Show Stock and Best in Show Modified. All makes and models, 25 years old and older, are welcome to participate, creating a diverse showcase of automotive history.
From foreign imports to domestic classics, hot rods to Sunday cruisers, low riders to antiques, the Wildwood Classic Car Show promises to have it all.

But the fun doesn’t end there. Registered participants can look forward to additional events that will be announced soon. The organizers are working hard to ensure that this year’s car show is not only a spectacular display of classic automobiles but also a memorable experience for everyone involved.
As the Fall Classic Car Show returns to the Wildwood Boardwalk, it brings with it a sense of joy, community, and appreciation for the timeless beauty of classic cars. It’s a celebration of automotive history and a reminder of the passion that people have for these iconic vehicles.
