A major transformation is underway in Wildwood as the old Lehigh Valley Dairy Farms building, once a significant landmark, has been demolished to make way for a new and exciting development.

Located at 3900 New Jersey Avenue, the former dairy building, along with its expansive parking lot, covered a substantial 43,600 square feet.

This prime location is now set to host Seaside Solis Condos, a luxury townhouse-style community that aims to redefine living on the island.

The new vision for this site includes creating 19 new lots to accommodate an 18-unit multifamily development, all designed as townhomes.

This project aligns with the growing trend in Wildwood of building not just homes but vibrant, community-centered living spaces.

The concept of shared community areas is also seen in other recent developments like The Oasis and Kay’s Oasis, which have introduced similar approaches to the island.

Before the demolition of the dairy building, details about the new townhomes’ appearance and layout were largely unknown.

Now, with a dedicated website for Seaside Solis, we have a clearer picture of what to expect.

The 18 units of Seaside Solis come in three distinct styles: Solana Sand, Solana Shore, and Solana Surf.

According to the website, these units are “designed to maximize natural light and create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces. With high-end finishes and attention to detail, every townhome is a testament to quality and sophistication.”

Each layout includes four bedrooms and three and a half baths, with the primary differences being the interior design and layout.

The first floor will house the first bedroom and full bath. This is the same floor on which the garage sits. The second floor is the kitchen, dining and living room area with the third floor having the final three rooms.

Additionally, all units will feature decks at both the front and back of the buildings, enhancing the outdoor living experience.

Parking arrangements are typical of condo-style living, with one spot available in the garage and space for an additional vehicle in the driveway.

The backyard/ shared space is the biggest draw for the property. From the mockups, you can see two kinds of pools. We can assume one is a deeper pool with another being shallow for children.

At the end of the property is a common pool house.
