Jersey Mike’s Subs, the nationally beloved chain known for its fresh ingredients and signature “Mike’s Way” style, is opening its very first location in Cape May County.
The new store will be located at 11 Court House South Dennis Road, nestled within The Plaza at Cape May Court House — a bustling shopping center that already includes popular retailers like ACME Markets, CVS, and Cape Regional Urgent Care.
This is a significant milestone for both the brand and the community. While Jersey Mike’s has long had a strong presence throughout the Garden State — it was founded in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, after all — Cape May County has remained a noticeable blank spot on its map.

Until now, the closest Jersey Mike’s locations were in Millville and Mays Landing, making this new opening a much-needed addition for local sub lovers.
And for anyone really craving a Mike’s Way sandwich on the beach? Well, unless you planned on making a long drive — or a swim to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware — options were limited.
Jersey Mike’s is not your average sandwich shop. What sets it apart is its commitment to freshness and high-quality ingredients.
Every sandwich is built with meats and cheeses that are sliced to order, right in front of the customer — never pre-sliced or sitting in a bin.
The bread is baked fresh daily, and the magic of the shop’s namesake ordering style, “Mike’s Way,” elevates every bite.

This includes a zesty mix of onions, lettuce, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, an olive oil blend, and a signature spice blend that’s made fans out of millions nationwide.
Although an official opening date hasn’t been posted, the location is already listed on Jersey Mike’s “Coming Soon” page alongside other New Jersey towns like Hillsdale, Short Hills, Springfield, and Wharton.
As of now, the space — which previously housed a T-Mobile store — has not yet begun interior renovations.
However, given its high-profile location near the Garden State Parkway and directly across from Cape Regional Medical Center, it’s expected to draw in a steady flow of both local residents and visitors once the doors open.
