Little Nicky’s Pizza on North Wildwood Boardwalk Up for Rent
A well-known Boardwalk pizza spot in North Wildwood is now officially up for grabs.
The owners of Little Nicky’s Pizza announced on Facebook that their location at 17th Street and the Boardwalk is available for rent for the upcoming season.
According to the listing, the space is being offered as a fully equipped, turn-key operation, meaning a new operator could step in and start serving immediately without needing to build out or install equipment.
The seasonal lease runs from May 1st through October 1st, right in the heart of the busy summer tourism window. The asking price is listed at $75,000.

Little Nicky’s Is Finally Open!
Just to clarify, the building and the business are not for sale, but the space is available.
Last year, The Wildwood Pizza Tour announced that Little Nicky’s had a great bounce back, adding, “After an uncharacteristically low rating in 2024, this slice was fresh and flavorful, jolting this slice up 9 spots into our top 10 with a respectable 2.8 out of 5 slices.”

It’s safe to say, though, that for some strange reason, Boardwalk pizza just tastes better. Some say it’s due to the salt air, or the fact that you have to keep an eye out for seagulls trying to grab a piece of your pizza.
For anyone familiar with the Wildwoods, that stretch of the Boardwalk is prime real estate, with heavy foot traffic throughout the summer months, especially from people north of 16th Street walking toward Morey’s Surfside Pier.
It also helps that this is one of the few places where you can take a short walk from the beach to grab a slice. We do this a ton during the summer.
This type of opportunity doesn’t come around often, especially for a fully built-out food location directly on the Boardwalk.

Little Nicky’s Update
It opens the door for either a new pizza operator to take over the existing concept or for someone to bring in a completely different food idea in a high-visibility spot.
If you’ve ever thought about running a Boardwalk business, this is about as plug-and-play as it gets.
