Maria’s Café and Grille is Coming to Ocean City
This past February, the beloved Ocean City Café served its last cup of coffee, flipped its final omelet, and closed its doors for the last time.
Located at 846 Central Avenue in Ocean City, this spot became a quick favorite of locals.
In a bittersweet announcement posted online this week, the owners of Ocean City Café, Beth and Eddie, bid farewell to their loyal customers and dedicated staff, expressing heartfelt gratitude for the nine years of unwavering support and camaraderie.
From hearty breakfasts shared with friends to quiet moments over a steaming cup of coffee, Ocean City Café has been more than just a place to eat; it has been a hub of connection and community spirit.
As Beth and Eddie reflect on their journey, they acknowledge the highs and lows that come with running a bustling eatery.
From the jubilation of successful brunch services to the frenetic energy of peak hours, every moment has contributed to the rich tapestry of experiences that define Ocean City Café’s legacy.
The good news is, if you liked Ocean City Cafe’s food, you will still be able to enjoy many of their beloved menu items at Eddie’s Pizza in Somers Point.
Since the announcement, many wondered what would take its place. That was answered quite quickly as a new Instagram and Facebook page appeared for Maria’s Cafe & Grille.
