There is a NEW hotel coming to the Wildwoods right off of Rio Grande Ave! On the corner of Rio Grande and Atlantic used to sit the old Wildwood Recreation Center, an old house and a few jet-stream RVs. For a while these properties were owned by the Morey Organization but was recently sold. There isn’t much information out there on this new hotel but what we do know is that it is going to be BIG! As shown the video below, the lots that were purchased is about double the size of what the recently hotel, The Waves,” had.
