Latin Restaurant Coming To Wildwood – SOL
Over the course of the past 4 months, the island has seen 14 new food spots pop up. If you would like to check those 14 spots out click the link below.
After today we will have to add a 15 to that list because NEW to the island is “SOL.”
According to their website, “SOL brings the flavor of Latin American and Caribbean fare to the Jersey Shore.”
SOL is located at 4801 Pacific Avenue in Wildwood, which used to be the old home to Pacific Grill.
Pacific Grill has permanently closed and won’t be moving to a new location.
At SOL, Chef David Andresen will give a take on beach food and classic dishes from Latin, Central, and South America.
Some of the food choices on the menu include; chili honey Shrimp, Mojara Frita (red snapper, fried or grilled), Pincho Platter (grilled and skewered steak, pork, chicken, or shrimp), Pan-Seared ½ Chicken (lime and garlic), and much more.
SOL will be BYOB so bring your favorite bottle!
Reservations open tomorrow May 25th and will be open Mon, Wed-Sun 5 pm–10 pm (closed on Tuesdays).
