NEW – The Tram Car Store Expands to 2nd Store on the Wildwood Boardwalk!
If you have been down the Wildwood Boardwalk lately, you might have noticed something new. The Tram Car Store has officially opened its second location.
After a successful first year at their original 21st Street shop in North Wildwood, the store expanded with a fresh new spot at 5314 Boardwalk, right beneath the Ocean Towers.

The new store opened its doors just in time for the 2025 summer season and is already a favorite among locals and visitors. (they opened the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend).
For those who love everything about Wildwood’s iconic yellow tramcars, this store is a treasure trove.
From the moment you step inside, you will find fun, nostalgic merchandise celebrating one of the boardwalk’s most beloved symbols.
Whether you are searching for the classic “Watch the Tramcar Please” plush toys or want to grab some beach towels, sandals, or even boogie boards, the Tram Car Store has it all.
And let’s talk about those “Watch the Tramcar Please” plush toys because they have every size you can imagine.
From tram cars that you can put on your wrist to ones that are two feet long! They even have tram cars that you can walk on a stick (like those invisible dog leashes)
They also offer drinkware, magnets, backpacks, and even plush seagulls.

For 2025, they introduced a new the Gig Bobblehead. Gig is the famous tramcar driver who have been with the tramcars for decades.
What makes the Tram Car Store feel so authentic and connected to Wildwood’s vibe is the passion behind it.
George Saleeb, the owner and creator of the famous Tram Car plushie, has been part of the Wildwood boardwalk community since 1999.
Besides the Tram Car Store, he runs several other popular shops including St. George’s Stores, all with classic boardwalk charm.
