There is good news coming out of North Wildwood. During a meeting last week, North Wildwood Mayor, Patrick Rosenello announced a change coming to North Wildwood’s East side of 22nd street.
In the past few years the city had noticed that there had been many backups due to the excessive amounts of cars dropping off people to visit Seaport Pier. The city has decided that they wanted to make a change to the street so that dropping off passengers would be easier.
Rosenello said that a new roundabout will be built along with ADA complain curb ramps. With the project requiring the road to be ripped up, the city decided to take the opportunity to upgrade the sewer mains and storm drainage pipes.
Bids for the project will be read on January 8th at City Hall.
