Big changes are coming to the Wildwood Boardwalk this summer as Quincy’s Original Lobster Rolls, located at Juniper Avenue and the Boardwalk, is set to add a Steak Bros counter to its popular location!

If you’ve walked the boardwalk in recent summers, you’ve likely seen the line outside Quincy’s.

Known for their buttery lobster rolls and New England-style seafood, they’ve become a must-visit for both day-trippers and vacationers. But now, they’re going beyond the sea—with steak sandwiches and cheesesteaks joining the menu!

Quincy’s and Steak Bros aren’t strangers. They’ve already teamed up in Stone Harbor, where both brands share a space, and the response there was strong enough to bring the concept to Wildwood.

We’ve also seen this successful combination at Quincy’s Paoli, Pennsylvania location.

Basically, one-stop shopping for lobster rolls and cheesesteaks. Want a lobster roll but your friend’s craving a Philly-style steak sandwich? No problem.

The plan is to serve all of Quincy’s traditional seafood favorites—Connecticut-style (warm butter) and Maine-style (cold with mayo) lobster rolls, lobster grilled cheese, and more—alongside the hearty, beefy offerings from Steak Bros.

This means more options, faster service, and an exciting new layer of variety to the Wildwood Boardwalk’s already stacked food scene.

The team aims to have the updated space open by the start of summer 2025. Renovations are already underway to carve out space for the dual-brand setup within the existing Quincy’s location.

If you’ve walked down the boardwalk in recent weeks, you may have noticed new signage hanging in front of Quincy’s advertising Steak Bros.

Quincy’s has been expanding steadily since opening in Cape May in 2015. They now have locations in Sea Isle City, Avalon, Ocean City, Paoli, PA, and beginning this spring, Sarasota, Florida.

By adding Steak Bros to their Wildwood location, they’re tapping into the surf-and-turf trend that’s been successful elsewhere—especially when feeding thousands of hungry boardwalk-goers each day.

We’ll keep an eye on construction and share updates once the new setup is ready to open.
