Sandy Boots Saloon is Coming To Wildwood
Wildwood’s bar scene has seen some significant changes over the past few years. Iconic spots like Exit 4 and the Shamrock Bar have been demolished, making way for new and exciting ventures.
Recently, we’ve seen the openings of The Point Tiki Bar and the Honky Tonk Saloon, both of which have quickly become popular hangouts. And now, it looks like another new bar is set to join the party!
The Sandy Boots Saloon is currently being developed at 219 E Lincoln Ave, taking over the spot where the historic Harbor Inn once stood. The Harbor Inn, which was a beloved Wildwood landmark for decades, was demolished back in June 2021.
In recent weeks, passersby have noticed construction underway, with a one-story building starting to take shape on the site.
While the full details are still under wraps, we’ve managed to get our hands on some of the blueprints—and we’re excited to share that the Sandy Boots Saloon is set to feature a unique blend of indoor and outdoor spaces.
In the video at the bottom of the article, we dive into the blueprints and take you on a visit to the site to provide the latest status update on the Sandy Boots Saloon.
The plans include an innovative layout that will seamlessly connect these areas, creating a lively yet laid-back atmosphere.

From what we’ve seen, the visual representation showcases a modern yet rustic bar setup with a partially covered outdoor area. The exterior features a sleek, dark facade contrasted by vibrant accents, with a large sign that will likely carry the Sandy Boots Saloon name.
The outdoor section appears to include a bar area with seating, providing an inviting space for patrons to enjoy drinks in the open air. This area is bordered by stylish, decorative barriers, creating an intimate yet accessible environment.
The indoor section, connected by a large garage-style door, promises to offer a cozy, indoor retreat with a seamless flow between the inside and outside. This design allows for flexibility, making it a perfect year-round destination.
As of now, there’s no official word on the exact opening date or the complete list of offerings but we have been told it will be March 2025.
However, construction is progressing, and we’re keeping a close eye on any updates. Rest assured, we’ll keep you posted as soon as more details are available and will include this project in our first Month Wildwoods Reconstruction update which will start in late October.
