Sea Isle City’s LaCosta Lounge + Hotel Contents to be Auctioned Off
In February 2022, significant changes were announced for the iconic Ludlam Hotel and Bar, located at 4004 Landis Avenue in Sea Isle City, New Jersey.
Formerly known as the LaCosta Lounge nightclub and the Coast Motel, these establishments have been landmarks on the island for many years.

The LaCosta Lounge nightclub, in particular, had garnered a reputation as one of the best nightclubs on the Jersey Shore.
However, in 2018, Christopher Glancey and Bob Morris purchased the property for $7.3 million, with ambitious plans to transform it into a luxurious resort.
Their vision included adding two new restaurants, an indoor-outdoor bar, a rooftop bar, a swimming pool, a fourth floor to the hotel, and a new tower.

Although the renovation plans were approved in March 2022, it has taken several years and multiple revisions to prepare for the project’s commencement.
