The Fish House Is Coming to Cape May Point
Those who have been stopping by Cape May Point’s sunset beach to catch the sunset these past few weeks may have noticed a big change.
For the past few years sitting at the end of Sunset Boulevard sat The Grill. This food stand offered many different meals from breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Its menu covered most of the typical beach foods such as chicken tenders, cheese steaks, hot dogs, wraps, fries, and sandwiches.
Starting this summer, all that is going to change with the introduction of “The Fish House.”
The Fish House is coming from the masterminds of Ross and Lauren, who are the owners of the Taco Caballito in Cape May.
They have been in the news a ton lately because besides introducing The Fish House to the community, they had also purchased The Harbor View located at 954 Ocean Drive in Cape May.
There they are completely renovating the buildings and deck restaurant with a re-theme and new name which is called Port.

They are bringing that same ingenuity to Sunset Beach with The Fish House.
The official news came via a video from a new Facebook page for The Fish House. In the video, Ross and Lauren explain their partnership with the Hume family.
Inspired by the Atlantic Ocean and culinary traditions, Fish House will pay homage to beloved seafood shacks and soulful beach bars up and down the East Coat
At they location, they will be offering craft sandwiches, fresh seafood, locally made ice cream and so much more.
This will be more than food as well. Guests will be able to enjoy a nice glass of wine of cocktail while watching the sunset.
The building is going through a complete renovation and crews are working hard to get it ready for the summer season.
We want to wish, again, Ross and Lauren the best of luck with The Fish House.
Be sure to give The Fish House a follow on their Facebook Page.
