Morey’s Piers Fall Beach Jam (Sept 6th – 8th)

Kick off the weekend with the ultimate camping experience at Morey’s Piers Fall Beach Jam! Scouts from across the country will be setting up camp between Schellenger and Spencer Avenues on Wildwood Beach. This one-of-a-kind event allows participants to experience camping right on the beach while enjoying all the fun and thrills of Morey’s Piers. Admission fees apply.

North Wildwood’s Mummer Weekend 2021

New Year’s in North Wildwood (Sept 6th – 7th)

Ring in a second New Year with the return of the Mummers to North Wildwood! The festivities start on Friday and continue into Saturday with the Mummers Parade stepping off at 3 p.m. on Olde New Jersey Ave. Featuring over a dozen String Bands, including the top bands from Philadelphia’s New Year’s Day Parade, this event promises to be a spectacle of music and pageantry. Best of all, it’s free for everyone to enjoy!

55th Annual North Wildwood Surf Fishing Competition (Sept 6th – 8th)

For fishing enthusiasts, North Wildwood’s Rec Department is hosting the 55th Annual Surf Fishing Competition. Anglers can join in the fun by registering at the Gazebo at 3rd & JFK Blvd. on Friday. The competition runs from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Sunday. Prizes will be awarded in both adult and youth divisions at 11 a.m. on Sunday. A $15 participation fee is required.

Roots Classic 3 – Volkswagen Car Show (Sept 7th – 8th)

The Roots Classic Volkswagen Car Show is back for its third year! This nostalgic event brings pre-2k VW cars to various outdoor locations across Wildwood, with a special judged indoor car show at the Wildwoods Convention Center on Sunday. From family-friendly activities on the Boardwalk to car enthusiasts’ events, this weekend is perfect for reminiscing about the good old days. Admission to the indoor show is $10, and kids under 10 enter for free!

The Wildwoods Food & Music Festival (Sept 7th) – FREE

Previously known as the Wildwoods Seafood and Music Festival, the Wildwoods Food & Music Festival is back for a full day of incredible eats, live music, and fun shopping. Held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Byrne Plaza along Pacific Avenue, this free event is sure to satisfy both your taste buds and your love of music. Browse through craft vendors, sample mouth-watering dishes, and enjoy the day with family and friends. The rain date is September 8th.

For those looking for a more active adventure, check out Your First Mud Run in North Wildwood! This beginner-friendly obstacle course race is perfect for families and individuals of all ages. The race starts at 9:30 a.m., and it’s the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself while having fun in the mud!
