UPDATE: Two Wildwood Crest Motels Are Sold
Here is some updated information on the selling of the Oceanview Motel locatedat 7201 Ocean Ave, Wildwood Crest and Gold Crest Motel, located at6611 Atlantic Avenue Wildwood Crest.
The Oceanview Motel has been sold to Ramble JMF LLC for 9.5 Millions dollars. This company is owned by Marco Patitucci who also owns the Singapore Motel down the street.
So far everything has indicated that the Oceanview Motel will not be going anywhere.
We can also confirm that the Gold Crest Motel has been sold. No indication on who it was sold to but we can confirm the owner’s names once it becomes public record.
