Downtown Wildwood Fourth of July Party in the Plaza

It’s going to be a fabulous Fourth of July Party at Byrne Plaza, 3400 Pacific Avenue, in Downtown Wildwood! The Juliano Brothers, “a party you can’t refuse” will kick off the evening with a FREE CONCERT from 7:30 pm to 10 pm. Since 1985, this Philadelphia based “1,200 pound breathing jukebox” has been known to play not only music to party by, but the music you hear or wish you still heard on the radio.

The Juliano Brothers are guaranteed to have you dancing all night long! Following the Juliano Brothers, the 4TH OF JULY BOARDWALK FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR will begin at 10 pm and will be visible from Byrne Plaza! We’ll be broadcasting the Patriotic MUSICAL ACCOMPANIMENT from RADIO STATION 106.3 THE SHORE over the Byrne Plaza sound system so everyone can enjoy the show without having to leave your seats!

Beer, wine & malt beverages will be sold all evening in Byrne Plaza! Gather your friends and bring your blankets and beach chairs…it’s going to be a great 4th of July in Downtown Wildwood!

 

Patriotic Pooch Parade

The Patriotic Pooch Parade will join in the march of the Independence Day Parade through the island at Bill Henfey Park, 8th and Atlantic Avenues in North Wildwood. Check-in for parade participants will be from 8:15 a.m., parade at 9 a.m. Dogs of all shapes and sizes will parade along the streets of the Wildwoods dressed in patriotic garb alongside decorated bicycles. Prizes will be awarded for the best dressed pooches. FREE. NO RAIN DATE! To register, call 609.522.2955.

Independence Day Family Parade

Check in from 8:15 a.m. at 9th & Atlantic Avenues, North Wildwood. Parade begins at 9 a.m. at 9th and Atlantic Avenues in North Wildwood and proceeds north to 1st & Surf Avenues. No rain date . Prizes awarded for the best decorated bikes in red, white and blue theme. FREE. Registration begins June 16th, call 609.522.2955 or http://www.NorthWildwood.com

 

4th of July Fireworks in Wildwood

In addition to a weekly Friday Night Fireworks, the Wildwoods Boardwalk will be launching an extended version of the Fireworks on Thursday, JULY 4TH! Both shows will begin at 10 pm.

Accompanied by music on the Boardwalk Sound System both nights, the 4 th of July Fireworks Spectacular music will include all your patriotic favorites and will be twice as long as the Friday Night version! The Fireworks will be launched from the Pine Avenue beach and be visible from everywhere on the Wildwoods Boardwalk!

Have a Blast on the Boardwalk all day, every day! Start your day with a bike ride, visit the water parks, amusement parks and stop at the shops and restaurants! See it all when you ride the world famous Sightseer Tram Car from end to end! Discounted tickets and wristbands are available at the Tram Office on the southern end of the Boardwalk and the Tram Kiosk at the northern end, as well as the piers and visitors center. You can ride all day, until 5 pm, for $7 with a Hop-On Hop-Off wristband! Don’t just Watch The Tram Car! Ride the Tram Car!

The Friday Night Fireworks will take place every Friday through Labor Day weekend, with a rain date of Sunday night at 10 pm, if needed.

Boardwalk Parades march down the Boardwalk at 7:30 pm every Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday night, through August! Pipe Brigades, Drum Corps, Mummers and more!
