Wildwood Crest House Knocked Down

Wildwood Crest House Knocked Down

This off-season we have been having a record amount of knock-downs. I feel like we hadn’t had this many since the house boom back in 2004-2008.

This time on the wreaking ball, 129 W Forget-Me-Not Road in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. This property is located just a half block from the bay. The new owners didn’t waste much time on knocking it down as it was sold very recently.

Our guess, but not confirmed, is that three story condos will be built on the super sized lot.
