The recently purchased Wildwood Boardwalk Mall is undergoing a significant facelift under new ownership. The exterior, once adorned with art by Russell Simmons, is now painted navy blue. Interior renovations are underway, with Splash House confirmed as the first new business.

The Residences At Pacific
The Residences At Pacific held a groundbreaking ceremony, marking the commencement of a project converting the former Shamrock Beef and Beer lot into 20 residential units.

SouthView Condominiums
SouthView Condominiums, located at 301 E Wildwood Avenue, is gearing up for construction in late fall/early winter. This project, featuring sixteen units divided into two towers, includes a central pool area.
