One standout project is Madison Resorts, injecting $12 million into the redevelopment of the old Oceanview motel on Rambler Road in Wildwood Crest. The ambitious plan includes 108 rooms spread across four floors and 90,000 square feet, featuring 90 spacious suites.

Recent updates reveal progress in the pool area and the installation of new windows in each room. With construction moving steadily, a late Spring opening in 2024 is anticipated.

Wildwood Boardwalk Reconstruction

The Wildwood Boardwalk Reconstruction project, momentarily halted due to a lawsuit, is back on track. Fred and his dedicated crews are diligently working on phases III, IV, and V, covering the boardwalk stretch between Oak Avenue and Spicer Avenue.

These phases continue the momentum from the past two years, with completion scheduled for early May 2024.

Wildwood Boardwalk Mall

The recently purchased Wildwood Boardwalk Mall is undergoing a significant facelift under new ownership. The exterior, once adorned with art by Russell Simmons, is now painted navy blue. Interior renovations are underway, with Splash House confirmed as the first new business.

The revitalization promises a fresh and inviting atmosphere for visitors.

The Residences At Pacific

The Residences At Pacific held a groundbreaking ceremony, marking the commencement of a project converting the former Shamrock Beef and Beer lot into 20 residential units.

These retreat-like vacation homes will consist of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with a projected completion date set for summer 2024.
