Located at 4206 Boardwalk, this iconic restaurant is not just a culinary gem but a part of the town’s rich history. The property, listed at $150,000, includes a three-year lease, offering a rare opportunity for entrepreneurs to inherit not just a business but a tradition.

The White Dolphin has been a go-to destination for locals and tourists alike, serving delectable breakfasts, hearty lunches, and delightful dinners.

Boasting 122 seats, the restaurant provides both countertop and sit-down service, catering to diverse preferences

One of the prime attractions of this business opportunity is its strategic location. Situated between the Wildwood Convention Center and the amusement piers, the White Dolphin has been a focal point for visitors exploring the lively boardwalk.

The 27-space parking lot ensures convenient access for patrons, which is rare to have as a restaurant on the Wildwood Boardwalk.

This address might sound familiar to you since back in 2020, it was announced that a massive new hotel would be coming to part of this block.

Dubbed as “The View,” the envisioned development aimed to encompass a four-story structure, housing both a condominium and motel. The architectural plan included 26 suites, along with the addition of five freshly constructed retail spaces to replace the existing ones.

Notably, a second-floor pool deck was designed to offer a panoramic view of the bustling boardwalk and the serene beach beyond.

Having recently acquired the Monaco Motel, Grandview, and Boardwalk stores, the project’s focal point is set on the boardwalk and not at the Monaco Motel.

This development detail has sparked considerable interest and some concern within the community, with residents expressing a strong desire to preserve the cherished Doo-Wop motel charm at the Monaco Motel. This motel isn’t being touched according to the original reports.

Now, turning our attention to the architectural aspect, the design of the much-anticipated “The View” project seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with a playful nod to Doo-Wop architecture. Expect angular roofs and expansive glass windows along the boardwalk, contributing to what enthusiasts affectionately call the Modern-Blast Off look.

There hasn’t been much information about “The View,” since its approval by Wildwood’s zoning and planning board but with this lease now up we can assume change it coming.

Some of that change just took place this past summer when El Pilón Criollo opened up on the corner. That took over the space of the Grandview Gift Shop.
