Could Cape May Country Get Two New Movie Theaters?

On Monday the property went up for sale in bankruptcy court and sold. According to The Cape May Star and Wave, it sold for $6.6 million dollars to  Icona Resorts.

They plan on building a brand new hotel titled “Ma-Halo Cape May.” This name was picked due to them building another “Ma-Halo” hotel in Wildwood.
