If you are a “crabby” person, then do we have the perfect event for you! The Annual New Jersey State Crab Festival is making their 5th year here in the Wildwoods.

The 5th Annual New Jersey State Crab Festival will be held on Saturday, July 18. It will be a fun filled day for the family with everything crab themed. The event takes place in front of the Ice House Restaurant, located at 4415 Park Boulevard in Wildwood. The New Jersey State Crab Festival will tape place from eleven (11)am through ten (10)pm.
The New Jersey State Crab Festival is more then just eating crabs. There will be live entertainment, vendors, crab races and other fun activities for the kids.

The live entertainment will be going through-out the dance. At seven (7)pm, the band, Parrotbeach, “a Jimmy Buffett tribute band” will take center stage to add music to the atmosphere.

The list of food and drinks are as followed:

“Crabby” Bloody Marys
Draft Beer.
Frozen Drinks – Virgin and not Virgin (For the kids)
Under the tent sample menu items include:
Harbor Fries, Crab Cake Sandwich, Regular Fries, U-Peel Shrimp, Pulled Pork Sandwich, Hot Dog, Ice House Made Spring Rolls, and Fresh Cooked Blue Claw Crabs. Have them cooked your own way. Clean of dirty eat them the way you like!

Admission to the festival is FREE. There will be New Jersey State Crab Festival T-Shirts for sale. You can order them online at www.njcrabfestivalicehouse.com, or pick them up in person at the main tent.
