Public Cleanup Station Now Open in Wildwood Crest
Besides the monthly, sometimes weekly beach cleanups, we like to think that every time we go to the beach we should pick up three pieces of trash to throw away. (This is something everyone should put on their to-do list when they arrive at any beach).
As of this past weekend, there is a new way for you to help us keep the beach clean.
Please welcome to the Love Blue Public Cleanup Station to the Wildwoods
Located at Rambler Road in Wildwood Crest, this is the second of its kind on the island.
This is how it works. When you arrive a the beach you take a bucket with you. While you’re enjoying your beach day you collect trash in that bucket.
On your way out you take your collected trash and dispose of it and drop your bucket back at the station.
