This past week the Concrete ship was surrounded by thick ice. It was so think that people were able to walk out to it. Now that the weather is above freezing the ice around the ship is starting to become loose.
Watch as the loose snow and ice starts moving fast out of the Delaware Bay and goes crashing into Cape May’s Concrete Ship.
