Atlantic Club Condo Development Gets Opening Date

Exciting news for those who are in the market for a new luxury home – a brand new condo development is coming to Atlantic City! The former Atlantic Club site, located at 3400 Pacific Avenue, will be transformed into a complex that promises to bring a new level of sophistication and luxury to the city.

The development will offer residents the best of both worlds – the serenity of a tranquil neighborhood with the convenience of being close to all the action that Atlantic City has to offer.

The new condo development, being built by Rocco Sebastiani’s Colosseo Atlantic City Inc, will feature a wide range of amenities that are sure to please even the most discerning of residents.

This project will be done in a condo-tel style. This is when half of the building is a full-time residence and the other a fully functioning hotel.

South Tower, which stands at 23 stories, will have six condos per floor ranging from 1,800 to 3,000 square feet.

The North Tower will consist of 330 hotel rooms that are slated to be a high-end boutique hotel.

The building will offer spacious and elegantly designed units that will include features such as gourmet kitchens, large balconies, and breathtaking ocean views.

The complex will also feature a clubroom with lounge areas and an outdoor pool area where residents can relax and soak up the sun.

One thing that this building will not have is a casino. As it is in many of the recently closed casinos, there is a bylaw written into the deed that states no casino could be built there.

This means the bottom floor of this condo-tel will have to be envisioned for other activities.

In an interview with PlayNJ.com, Sebastiani said that they are playing with a few ideas for this floor including a movie theater, golf simulator and a fitness center.

In addition to the luxurious amenities, the new condo development will be in an ideal location.

Located just steps away from the famous Atlantic City Boardwalk, residents will have easy access to all the dining, shopping, and entertainment options that the city has to offer.

The site is also within close proximity to the beach, making it the perfect place for residents who want to spend their days soaking up the sun and enjoying the salty sea air.

Sebastiani added that he hopes to have the condo-tel open by 2025 if everything goes well.

The Wildwood Video Archive reached out to Colosseo Atlantic City Inc for a comment but hasn’t heard back at the time of publication.
