On Monday the property went up for sale in bankruptcy court and sold. According to The Cape May Star and Wave, it sold for $6.6 million dollars toIcona Resorts.
They plan on building a brand new hotel titled “Ma-Halo Cape May.” This name was picked due to them building another “Ma-Halo” hotel in Wildwood.
