Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market Returns for 13th Season
The Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market is officially coming back for another summer, with opening day set for Saturday, May 23, 2026.
Now entering its 13th season, the market has become one of the most visited places on Saturdays on the island.
The market runs from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM each Saturday morning through Labor Day weekend and will once again stretch across Byrne Plaza at 3400 Pacific Avenue and the original Farmers Market lot at 3501 Pacific Avenue.
That lot on 3501 Pacific Avenue has actually gone through a major renovation from just a grassy area to now a flat parking lot.
What to Expect This Year
If you’ve been before, you already know this isn’t your typical small-town setup. The Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market brings in more than 80 vendors every week, creating a full walkable experience right in the heart of downtown.

Shoppers can expect a wide mix of options, including farm-fresh produce, baked goods, specialty foods, and ready-to-eat breakfast and lunch items. Everything from fresh breads and sticky buns to crab cakes, smoothies, and breakfast sandwiches will be available.

We personally like going for the bakery goods. Barry’s Buns has always been a favorite (but we also walk there to get our steps in to burn off those calories.
There’s also a strong focus on local and handmade products, with more than 30 craft vendors offering items like jewelry, candles, artwork, clothing, and home goods.
And yes, for those asking every year, there will once again be adult beverage options, including craft beer, wine, spirits, and hard cider, with many vendors offering samples.

A Staple of Summer in Wildwood
Over the years, the Farmers Market has evolved into more than just a place to shop. It’s become a go-to Saturday morning routine for families, vacationers, and locals looking to start their day downtown.
The setup creates a lively, walkable atmosphere that blends food, shopping, and community all in one place.
If you’re heading down this summer, this is one of those events that’s easy to work into your schedule, whether you’re grabbing breakfast, picking up something local, or just walking through.
Once again, opening day is May 23, and from there, it runs every Saturday through Labor Day.
