Flitzer Farewell Party Recap Video
September 30th, 2018, is a day that will forever be etched in our memories. After 35 wonderful years at Morey’s Piers, the beloved family coaster, The Flitzer, gave its final ride and last smiles.
Flitzer’s Final Farewell at Morey’s Piers
Morey’s Piers threw a fantastic farewell party, drawing hundreds of fans eager to take one last spin on the 35-year-old coaster. If you couldn’t make it, don’t worry—we’ve put together a fun recap video! [Video at the bottom]
In the video, you’ll see how the line stretched from the Flitzer all the way to the front of the pier. Riders were treated to one final photo on the coaster, along with free pretzels and candy!
To cap it all off, the event featured live music with a band playing 80s hits, setting the perfect nostalgic tone for the day.
