This past Sunday, September 30th, will be a day many of us will never forget. After 35 years at Morey’s Piers, the family coaster, The Flitzer, gave us all one last smile.
Morey’s Piers hosted a fantastic farewell party for the 35-year-ols coaster with hundreds of people coming out to ride the Flitzer for one last time.

As you will see from the video the line started at the Flitzer and made it’s way all the way to the front of the pier. After you rode the Flitzer you were given one last photo on the ride and free pretzels and candy!
To top it off the entire event was soundtracked by a live band who performed hit songs from the 80s.
