Guppi Is Coming to The Wildwoods!

Guppi Is Coming to The Wildwoods!

These past few weeks we have seen a massive amount of news on new establishments opening up in the Wildwoods. You can check out some of those places in our monthly Wildwood Construction update.

We are glad to announce that a new sustainable clothing store is opening on the island.

Please welcome Guppi Sustainable Surf Co. to the Wildwoods!

Guppi Sustainable Surf Co is an eco-friendly apparel brand with clothing made from recycled water bottles and other sustainable materials.

You may have seen them around before at the Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market and other local pop-ups throughout Cape May County.

Their flagship store will be located at 3113 pacific Ave in Wildwood.

Abby MacQueen started Guppi in 2018 as a project in college. Her goal was to create something that reflected her passion for the ocean which included using eco-friendly materials.

Guppi will be selling t-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, crewnecks, joggers, assorted totes and bags, beanies, dresses, hats, and more. Sizing wise they have everyone covered from 5 months up to 2XL.

All products are hand screen printed with eco-friendly inks and embroidered with threads made with recycled plastic and all done in-house.

They plan to open in early May and will be open 6 days a week throughout the summer.

For those who can’t for them to open you can check them out online at guppistyle.com. You can also give their Instagram page a follow @guppistlye

Be sure to follow them on Instagram because they sometimes offer classes. This past February they took places on how to make your own beanie (knitting) How cool!

We wish Guppi the best of luck this summer in their new Flagship store.
