Icona Purchases More Land In Cape May

With this purchase Icona planned to build a new top of the line resort. At that time rumors were being floated that Icona was interested in purchasing 11 Gurney Street, which is the building behind the Beach Theater.
As reported in New Jersey property transfers, Icona Resorts purchased 11 Gurney Street, which is home to Sheilds Bike Rentals, for $1.5 million dollars. It was purchased last week.
With this purchase Icona Resorts now have 34,000+ square feet of space to build their new hotel.
