It may be the off-season but some amazing things are taking place here in the Wildwoods.
This past Friday, residents in Wildwood received a legal notice of a hearing about a NEW project taking place on 3601-3611 Pacific Ave.
For those who think this address sound familiar it is. Currently what stand here is (The Wood) 2nd Street Annie’s, Pacific Beer and Liquor, and the former Fairview bar/Club.
The application calls for a 4-story mixed use high-rise building which will contain 3 units of commercial space on the ground floor (mostly to house the two businesses there), and 74 residential units.
The building will also include an outdoor ingrown swimming pool and associated patio/bar.
The application is now on the calendar of the Board of the City of Wildwood. The initial public hearing has been set for October 5th, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., at City Hall, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, Cape May County, New Jersey.
