Located in the heart of Wildwood between Oak and Wildwood Avenues on New Jersey Avenue under the Island Bowl & Family Entertainment Center, this massive brewery is the brain child of Co-owners Mike, Tracey, and Bill.

Those wondering what use to be here, that was the Breakers Pool Hall that closed a few years back.

The official announcement came on their Facebook page which went on to say;

“The secret is out-WE ARE OPEN! We had a bit of a soft opening over the past few days to get some of the kinks worked out, but now it’s time to finally welcome you all in.”

The brewery offers a range of handcrafted beers, from light and refreshing lagers to rich and full-bodied stouts. Each beer is brewed with care and precision, using only the finest ingredients and a passion for the craft.

Some of the beers they have on tap include Haze Mat IPA, Cooler Corn Cream Ale, PBA IPA, Lucille’s Lavender Saison, Picnic Porter, Huble Hefeweizen and Sea Pig Pale Ale.

Their first beer into the fermentor was an homage to their BBQ roots. The Anglesea Aleworks took their award winning chicken marinade and put it in a beer. (Sans chicken).

Tangerine and pineapple purée were added to this blonde ale to make it an exceptional sipper all year long. As they say, “you can close your eyes and think you are sipping at an outside BBQ no matter the weather.”

They offer these drink in three different kinds of growlers, a 16oz, 32oz and 64oz starting at $6 and up to $28. On top of this, like many other breweries, you can expect an epic flight starting at $10 for four picks.

Anglesea Aleworks does have a preview menu to check out by clicking HERE.

While they do plan to be open year-round, right now their hours are Monday-Friday 2-8, Saturday 12-8 and Sunday 12-6.

We wish Mike, Tracey, and Bill the best of luck with their new business! The Wildwood Video Archive will be there soon to do a review and video.
