Firemen from all over the tri-state stop by for a week of meetings, seminars, and more.

Here is a schedule of what to expect this week.

On Friday, September 16th –

Firetrucks from all around the state will be displayed in the Wildwoods Convention Center parking lots with merchandise vendors being found across the street at Fox Park. Apparatus and equipment display times are Friday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.

One additional event this year is the Fire Hero Beach Bash. This will take place at Seaport Pier on Friday, September 16th from 7 pm-10 pm and will benefit the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.

Tickets are $30 for Adults and $15 for kids under the age of 15.

An admission ticket includes burgers, hot dogs, live entertainment, silent auctions an NFFF koozie, and a mini beach ball.

Saturday, September 17th –

Firemen’s Parade will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. along New Jersey Avenue, from Cresse Avenue in Wildwood Crest, proceeding north to 26th Avenue in North Wildwood. (Companies are still able to register from 8 am to noon)

If you do plan on viewing the parade, know that the route is about 1.4 miles long. We suggest viewing from the center of the city around Wildwood Ave. This gives you a good spot next to Wawa (food and a bathroom)

Sunday, September 18th is Registration and Voting only.
