The owners of Stone Harbor’s Kitchen 330, are making their way South to North Wildwood for their new restaurant “Trio.”
New Restaurant Coming to North Wildwood – Trio!
After three years in Stone Harbor, their lease had ended and they were ready for a change in scenery. In their time there they realized in order to grow they needed their own building.
In an article they posted online they went on to say;
“Debbie & Paul were driving down New Jersey Avenue in North Wildwood one late October day and they drove by the old Amish Market. It had a big “For Sale” sign on it. The three of us made an appointment to see the building. The universe was sending us a signal because all three of us had a good feeling about it. It felt right!”
The building they were referring to was the old location of the Amish Market, most recently the Wes & Cole’s Cookery (7th and New Jersey Ave)
They closed on the building on December 18th and after jumping through hoops to change the property zoning to allow a restaurant.
They are hoping for a Late May early June grand opening date.
Chef Gus Zimmerman is filling them from Kitchen 330 and bringing a menu based on local and seasonal fare with a global flair.
