North Wildwood Motel Sold
With the summer right around the corner we are still seeing many changes taking place around the Wildwoods.
One of those changes are the changing of hands for some motels. According to the Cape May Herald’s Property Transfer Records, 2001 Surf Ave in North Wildwood had sold for $975,000.
After looking up this location we found that it was The Aruba Motel.
We had reached out to the new owners and had been informed that the motel WILL be open for the summer! How awesome right!
